Hair Extensions Refund Policy

All hair extension sales are FINAL Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.

Hair extensions may be exchanged if the following conditions are met:

All hair must be in it’s natural state meaning no dye, no chemicals (e.g. shampoo, conditioner, bleach, etc.), no unravelling, combing, nor cutting of the weft. You are only allowed to exchange hair, but you are responsible for all shipping fees unless we are at fault. You are allowed to exchange within 7 days from receipt of purchase for a new bundle. No refunds can be issued out due to the nature of the item for sanitary purposes. 

Orders that are placed that contain hair extensions will require a signature. We only ship orders to confirmed addresses that have been confirmed via PayPal. If the shipping address is not the same as the billing address connected with your ATM/Debit/Checking Account on PayPal, then your order will not be confirmed, and your order will be cancelled. 

We reserve the right to cancel your order at anytime and issue you a refund back to the original form of payment.

•PLEASE NOTE• 

The House of Noire is not responsible for any lost/damaged packages. A signature is required on all hair extension packages to avoid stolen shipments. We will not issue any refunds if your package is returned to the House of Noire. 

International Customers:

the House of Noire is not responsible for any customs or duty charges that international orders incur. The customer is solely responsible for any customs charges their packages incur. These charges are non-refundable.

Face Masks & Lash Return Policy

Due to the nature of the item, for sanitary purposes there are no refunds or exchanges. In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item, we will gladly replace it within 14 days of the date of receipt. For damaged item(s), please contact us via email and include your order number for faster assistance.
