What are your processing times?
Most orders are packaged, prepared, and shipped by our experts within 1 to 4 business days after placing your order. Our processing days are Monday-Friday.
Orders containing hair extensions are packaged, prepared, and shipped by our experts within 2 to 4 business days after placing your order. There are long processing timeframes for hair extensions due to many of our hair extension items being made to order, especially lace closures and frontals. Once a hair extension order is submitted to us, we cannot cancel, modify, or refund your order.
I made a mistake when placing my order, what should I do?
If you noticed at you made a mistake when placing your order, please contact customer service right away so that we may try to rectify the issue. In some instances, we may not be able to correct certain issues, as we try our best to ship out orders as quickly as possible so that your order can arrive as soon as possible. info@thehouseofnoire.com
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Domestic Orders: 2 - 5 business days
International Orders: 7 - 15 business days

Unexpected Delays
During holidays and peak shipping seasons, these timeframes are subject to change. In some instances delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve the situation.
Can I track my order?
Yes! All orders are shipped using a trackable service so that your order can be tracked every step of the way! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information details.

What shipping providers do you use?
Most orders are shipped via USPS. All other orders will be shipped via UPS or FedEx.
